How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Unspeable Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Unspeable Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Unspeable Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@unspeable.bar and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
